TANYA GLEBOVA

Tanya is an editor, director and documentary film researcher collaborating with teams across Europe and the US. 

Projects she has edited have been part of the Sundance and Tribeca Film Festivals, and have been released on HBO, Netflix, PBS, and the Criterion Channel.

She worked as a documentary researcher and associate producer for European productions - Boogaloo Film, Spain; Toolbox Films, Denmark; Diana Naecke, Germany; independent documentary director Fernando Gonzalez Martino, Spain, etc. In 2018, she worked as a Field Producer for PPTV Sport China (on docu-series) during the FIFA World Cup in Moscow. 

Her directorial debut, Village Vibe, premiered at the Lighthouse International Film Festival (LBI, NJ) in 2019. In 2023, with the support of the FILMSHOP community, she completed her second project - documentary poem I Am Not Going Back. Her short experimental video essay We Radiate Love was featured as part of the DUMBO Light Festival program, showcasing her continued exploration of form, feeling, and visual storytelling.

Tanya is currently working on a docu-drama “syrena” with a team of independent filmmakers. 

Since 2020, she is a Member of The Alliance of Documentary Editors.
